Drafting: Our skilled team will draft your rental agreement once all required documents are submitted. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request changes before finalization.

Once the document is approved and finalized, please schedule an appointment for biometric verification at your convenience. Please note that government fees must be paid at the time of booking the appointment, as required by government regulations. Our team is available for visits from 9 am to 8 pm.

Our executive will visit your location equipped with a biometric device and webcam. For the agreement signing, both parties (Owner and Tenant) must be present, along with two witnesses. If both parties are not available at the same location, an additional visit can be arranged for an extra fee. The entire process generally takes only 15-20 minutes.

After completing biometric verification, you will receive your digital Leave and License Agreement via email within 3-4 working days. This digital copy is widely recognized and accepted. As the process is entirely digital, no hard copy is automatically provided; however, we can print and courier a hard copy to your address for an additional fee if desired.
