Introduction
At Lexaltis India Private Limited (referred to as "Lexaltis"), operating www.erentagreement.com, we strive to provide hassle-free rent agreement services. As most of our agreements are digitalized, we offer digital copies of agreements for download via your specific login, email, or WhatsApp. However, for customers who opt for physical delivery, we also provide the option to ship hardcopies of the agreement within India.

Digital Delivery
Once your rent agreement is completed, a digital copy will be made available for download. You can access this digital version through your secure login on our website, via email, or WhatsApp. The digital agreement is generated instantly upon completion of the registration process.

Shipping of Hardcopies
For users who choose our Shipping Add-on Service (as available in the Fee Calculator), we will print and courier the hardcopy of your rent agreement to the address provided. Please note that this service is available for delivery within India only.

Shipping Timelines

• Processing Time: After the agreement is completed, we will take up to 7 business days to print and dispatch the hardcopy.

• Courier Time: Once dispatched, the courier service will take approximately 10 working days to deliver the hardcopy to your designated address.
  Please note that shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service provider.

   

Shipping Charges
Shipping is an add-on service and the charges will be displayed in the Fee Calculator at the time of booking. The charges cover the printing and delivery of the rent agreement to a single address as specified by the user. Shipping to multiple addresses requires a separate add-on for each location.

National Shipping
This service is currently limited to national shipping within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
